NOTICE: Public Information Meeting
Catamount Film & Arts Co.
Catamount Film & Arts Co. is applying to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for a Community Facilities Grant from the Rural Development Program to support energy efficiency upgrades in their four buildings located at 105-107 & 115 Eastern Ave. The proposed upgrades include installation of new/high-efficiency, cold-climate air source heat pumps, air source heat pump water heaters for domestic hot water (hybrid), and energy recovery ventilation ducted throughout all the buildings. The purpose of the Public Information Meeting is to give the citizenry an opportunity to become acquainted with the proposed project and to comment on such items as economic and environmental impacts, service area, alternatives to the project or any other issues identified by Rural Development.
