As the days are getting longer and warmer we want to invite you to a special Spring Equinox Creative Retreat! What seeds would you like to plant for this metaphorical and actual growing season? Which dreams and projects do you want to bring to fruition?

Are you longing for some “me” time that includes relaxation and making things that matter to you? In this retreat, we will activate our creative resources and explore meaningful intentions that will lead us through the coming months. Through guided meditation, carefully chosen movement and embodiment exercises, and the practice of creating with our hands, we will invite more pleasure into our lives! Please bring a journal and a yoga mat or blanket.

Class fee: $45, materials included (10% discount for Catamount Arts members).

Register via our new Class Portal HERE.

Registration deadline: March 21.

When Sarah Spletzer started her business, movementum, in 2015, she was inspired to give it a three word motto: Dance-Create-Share, as those are her three favorite things to do in this world. She has a special interest in the area where creating meets healing, where creating means not only learning a new skill but learning something new about yourself. After completing a BA in Fine Arts in 2009, she completed training as a Professional Artist in the Classroom and as a dance therapist. In Germany, the Netherlands, and the US, Sarah has facilitated creative classes and workshops for all ages, led public art projects, provided education programming at the National Museum of Fine Arts in the Netherlands, and helped organize the Weaving Well Being Festival in Vermont. She is a member of the Cabot Artisans Gallery.
